"A classic summer drink gone boozy, Marz's cucumber lemonade is one of the most popular on the menu. Bar manager Jason Ables says he began infusing the cucumber vodka the first day the weather broke 50 degrees and hasn't stopped since. Inspired by its nonalcoholic counterpart at Pepe's Bistro in Havelock, Marz's version follows the same basic idea: Take cucumber-infused vodka - Ables either adds cucumber puree or soaks the cucumbers for a night or two in vodka - then add it to fresh lemonade.
